OUR MISSION–Dream To SOAR (DTS) cultivates youth leadership in advocacy and fosters innovative thinking to drive positive change. Our mission is to nurture and enhance leadership skills, cultivate strong interpersonal skills, and facilitate comprehensive career development.

The organization is committed to breaking barriers to success by engaging youth in meaningful ways, empowering them to make impactful decisions and providing them with the tools and opportunities needed to thrive in their communities and beyond.

As an organization, we were founded to specifically address the increasing population of young individuals who may have been neglected or disregarded as a result of previous setbacks or shortcomings. Our aim is to cultivate a new group of social entrepreneurs and visionaries who will tackle the tangible issues within their communities with dedication and innovative solutions.

Ready, Set, Go! Youth Development Academy

The Ready, Set, Go! Course introduces:

  • The importance of building a personal brand and understanding the true importance of self-advocacy and conveying a message.
  • The strengthening of leadership, time management, and organizational skills will also be presented.
  • The course uses a combination of training, hands-on work, and lectures, providing a multi-dimensional view of leadership, which aims to introduce students to various tools and approaches so that they are provided with the ability to embark on their own course of self-discovery.
