Equipping young people with the tools necessary to SUCCEED
Strong economies hinge upon youth having the skills they need to secure meaningful, well-paid work. Our programs help young people succeed in jobs, entrepreneurship, and ongoing career learning. We build our programs to better connect young people with mentors, training providers, and employers.
Without jobs to provide income, purpose, and a connection to their communities, youth around the world are at risk of poverty, violence, and extremism. They are losing out—as is society.
Our Principles
DTS provides comprehensive strategies that effectively support and collaborate with local governments, employers, educators, parents, and youth to develop the workforce for today and tomorrow. Our work is guided by these principles:
- An inclusive and immersive approach to engage all youth and young adults.
- Employability skills such as teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving are critical for success.
- Entrepreneurship helps youth find employment and become drivers of their communities’ economic empowerment.
- Scalable solutions are developed by engaging businesses, governments, and nongovernmental organizations.
In The Dream To SOAR Workforce Development Program, we develop and customize programs based on the needs of the market, the employers and employees, youth, and the communities where we work. Our work includes:
- Building soft skills and technical knowledge through training and work-based learning programs
